Half day event (3h)
In this condensed workshop we will:
- Demonstrate, teach and lead the breathing exercise and guided meditation.
- Show how to use the nervous system to deepen meditative state.
- Lead and explain flexibility movement exercises and core exercises.
- Guide and explain the ice bath experience and provide a photo for each participant.
Full day event (5h)
In this full-day workshop we will:
- Teach how the WHM affects our physiology.
- Demonstrate, teach and lead two breathing exercises and guide meditations.
- Show how to use the nervous system to deepen meditative state.
- Teach two practical breath tools: Confidence boost, DMT push.
- Lead and explain flexibility movement exercises and core exercises.
- Guide and explain the ice bath experience and provide a photo for each participant.
